1). Vista Hardware Compatibility Check
Driver Detective will scan your current system’s hardware
configuration and determine if you meet the recommended minimum
hardware requirements for the basic or premium version of
Windows Vista.
2). Choose Your Vista Drivers
Driver Detective will display a list of Vista Compatible drivers
that match the hardware for your system. You then can choose
which drivers to download.
3). Download Vista Drivers
Driver Detective will automatically download all Vista Drivers
that you have selected from step 2, saving you the trouble and
grief of searching the internet trying to find Vista drivers.
4). Choose a Backup Location
Driver Detective will burn the downloaded drivers to a CD (XP or
higher required), or backup the files to a network, flash drive,
or hard drive location of your choice.
5). Backup Your Vista Compatible Drivers
Creates a Vista Migration CD. After a successful install of
Windows Vista, insert your Vista migration CD into your CD tray
and install/upgrade your device drivers.
